Membership - please type in your information and then mail in the form. Membership runs from December to January. Although memberships are accepted throughout the year, memberships should be postmarked by November 15 to insure no interruption in benefits. **Updated for 2010**
2010 Entry Form - please type in your information and select which tests you will be riding and whether you are a member or non-member and if you would like a stall. The form will calcualte the total.
Apparel Order Form - There will be a $1 discount for each test ridden if you wear CADS apparel
